This two day workshop is designed for people who are interested in becoming learning group advisers for self managed learning programmes within their own organisation. The event will mirror a Self Managed Learning type of approach in being practical and highly responsive to what participants bring to the event. It is likely that we will address:
The workshop leaders will be Directors from the Centre for Self Managed Learning.

Introduction to Self Managed Learning workshop
This half day session is aimed at HR managers, learning and development managers and others who are interested in exploring using self managed learning as a method of development within their organisation. The session will give you an opportunity to identify the potential benefits of self managed learning for your organisation and will give you some guidance about what you would need to do to implement self managed learning.
We will be running sessions in various locations in the UK, including London, Cardiff, Birmingham and Leeds.
