Ian Cunningham worked with our colleague in Finland, Tuula Lilia, during a visit to Finland in May. Ian ran two workshops for developers and trainers who are now keen to take forward SML approaches in organisations. He also ran workshops for Finland Post and the S Group (long time users of SML). The very pro learning Finns have taken to SML and see it as a way forward for organisational learning.
