Reg Revans died peacefully in his sleep on 8th January 2003, aged 95.

Reg was a powerful influence in developing Self Managed Learning. He was one of the world’s greatest pioneers in management and organisational development. The pity is that his ideas are daily ignored by most trainers and developers who continue to believe in the value of standardised, didactic courses. He is a great loss, but his writings and ideas will live on.
