Phoenix Education Trust – Ian Cunningham is a trustee of the Phoenix Education Trust. The Trust was the last organisation to be founded by Michael Young (Lord Young of Dartington) – who also initiated the setting up of organisations as diverse as the Open University and the Consumers Association. The Trust is funding projects to promote democratic schooling as well as helping the English School Students Association get off the ground.
